Where we are
Marula Nexus is based in Sandton, Gauteng, and works with clients across South Africa. Most engagements run remotely, with on-site time where the work genuinely calls for it.
What to include
The more of this you can tell us up front, the more useful our first reply will be. None of it is required.
- What the problem is, in your own words — the symptom is more useful to us than a proposed solution.
- Which systems are involved, and roughly how many people use them.
- Whether there is a deadline driving this, and what happens if it slips.
- Whether budget is approved, being motivated, or still being explored.
What happens next
We reply within two working days
A real reply from someone who read your message, not an automated acknowledgement. If your problem is not something we should take on, we will say so in that first reply.
A 30-minute discovery call
We talk through the problem, the systems around it and the constraints. No charge, no obligation, and no proposal written before we understand the problem.
A written scope and quote
If it makes sense to proceed, you receive a written scope, milestone plan and cost. It is yours to keep whether or not you engage us.
